Sider Bros. Builders was founded in 1972 by Carlton and Leonard Sider, two brothers who honed their craft
by watching their father, Alvin, build custom doors, trim and molding at a local planing mill.
Today, Carlton’s sons, Wayne and Shawn Sider run the family business and uphold the family traditions of
quality, integrity and, above all else, craftsmanship.

SHAWN SIDER
Shawn is most likely the name you will hear when someone refers you to Sider Bros. Builders. Shawn is the first face you’ll meet and the last person to meticulously review every detail of your home, ensuring every square inch meets and exceeds his standards before we welcome you home. Shawn leads client relations, permitting and budgeting.
WAYNE SIDER
Wayne learned the art of millwork from his father, Carlton Sider, one of our founding fathers. Today, Wayne runs our mill, leading his team as they carefully craft every cabinet base, every door and drawer panel, every piece of trim and every inch of millwork that will go into your custom home. His talents know no limits.
NICOLE EMPRINGHAM
Nicole leads our design-build program, preparing original architectural designs and drawings for custom new builds and large-scale renovations. Nicole brings your vision to life with 3D renderings of your home, including interior layouts and detailed finishes, so you can see the design take shape before construction even begins. Nicole will work closely with you to refine the little details that take your home from ordinary to extraordinary.
CARI DEAN
Cari will support you throughout the finish selection process and works closely with our suppliers to procure your flooring and tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances and more, ensuring all the right finishes are on-site and ready for installation. Cari can also help you source any soft finishes, such as custom drapes, blinds and furnishings.
MIKE EMPRINGHAM
As project manager, Mike oversees day-to-day site operations to ensure a seamless build process, impeccable quality and a safe work environment. Mike is a liaison with our subcontractors, scheduling work and ensuring they have the information they need to complete their work. He coordinates project timelines, crew schedules and building materials.
